Training & Placement Cell

The Training & Placement Cell at Indala College of Engineering is dedicated to empowering students with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to launch successful careers. Our cell works closely with leading companies across industries to facilitate campus recruitment drives, industrial visits, and internship placements.

We believe that academic excellence must be complemented by professional readiness. From the second year onwards, students are enrolled in structured training programmes that prepare them for technical interviews, group discussions, and HR rounds. Our strong industry network ensures students are exposed to real-world expectations well before graduation.

The cell maintains active partnerships with companies in IT, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and consulting - spanning both local and national recruiters. Regular workshops, alumni interactions, and industry expert sessions supplement the training calendar throughout the academic year.

Internships at Indala College of Engineering provide students with hands-on, real-world exposure to their chosen engineering discipline. The placement cell facilitates tie-ups with industry partners to place students in structured internship programmes, typically during semester breaks or as a dedicated internship semester.

Students work on live projects under the guidance of industry mentors, gaining practical skills that complement their academic learning. Successful completion earns an industry-recognised certificate and often serves as a pathway to pre-placement offers.
